 HOME AGAIN

in a new trip through new worlds, the emotions and meetings of which have been translated into music.  He´s back with an impulsive collection of club and radio hits… however this time with a twist.  Jimmy has collaborated with various international producers and DJs to create “Home Again”  The result is a totally modern record with a new and fresh sound.
“Home Again” is authentic and uncompromising just like the artist Jimmy Somerville himself.  Accordingly the choice of collaborating producers and DJs is one to match his talent.  For example Rolf Elmer from Jam & Spoon, whose roots lie in playing classical guitar, contributed his talents to creating the beautiful balled Selfish Days.  Other contributions have come from producers such as Felix Gauder and Peter Plate from the German band Rosenstolz who both collaborated on songs like So Come On and Could It Be Love.  These numbers are very much committed to Jimmy´s pop background and are definitely radio hits.
Jimmy however does not only belong to the airwaves, as we know! His territory is also the club dance-floor therefore the cooperation with international DJs such as Mauro Picotto, Paul Mac and Tilmann Uhrmacher, delivering great dance-numbers for “Home Again”
